This salon is peopled by hacks who do not listen to their customers. I had a terrible experience there on October 26, 2008 with a stylist named Tommy. I would discourage anyone from getting their hair cut here. I am trying to grow my hair out after a catastrophic too-short cut. It has been growing slowly for about 3 months. I had the bangs trimmed once. I went to Regis, where I had only been once long ago, and said that I would like a very tiny trim to shorten the bangs and a little in the back. The stylist cut the bottom layer and I could see that she was cutting it too short. I told her so. She said I should "trust her." She cut the top layer and cut about 1/4 inch off. If your hair is only 2 inches to begin with, 1/4 inch is a LOT. When she started to make the cut, I made a face. She said, "you need to trust me." And being an idiot I didn't get out of the chair at that point, I let her finish. Sure enough, she cut about 1/4 inch off the top sides. I didn't need ANYTHING cut off the top since I am trying to grow it out! I had shown her a photo of me with long hair and told her that what was what I was going for. DON'T FREQUENT THIS SALON!
